Christian Dior Couture — New York seeks a Client Advisor, Leather Goods (on-site at Saks New York). Hourly $22–$24 plus bonus; client development and luxury retail role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build, manage and expand a personal client portfolio with attention to retention, reactivation and lifetime value.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs, including sales volume, units per transaction (UPT) and average dollar per transaction (ADS).
- Deliver best-in-class client service in person, by phone and through electronic communication; act as a brand ambassador inside and outside the boutique.
- Strategically develop local and international clients through personalised outreach, appointment setting and consistent follow-up.
- Use deep product knowledge and brand storytelling to create memorable client experiences and bespoke product recommendations.
- Resolve client issues in partnership with boutique leadership to protect client relationships and business interests.
- Support boutique excellence through floor moves, visual merchandising, housekeeping and accurate stock management.
- Locate merchandise for clients across boutiques, process charge-send transactions per company guidelines and assist with gift wrapping/packaging when required.
- Participate in inventory and cycle counts and follow loss-prevention and security procedures to protect boutique assets.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in a luxury consumer-goods environment.
- Proven ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships through excellent communication, organisation and follow-through.
- Capacity to work varied hours, including nights, weekends and holidays as required by boutique operations.
- Able to operate necessary equipment (phone systems, cash register/POS, sensor-tag remover, computers) and follow store security procedures.
- Physically able to stand for extended periods, move merchandise and lift at least 30 lbs.

Experience
Minimum three years of retail sales and client service experience, ideally within a luxury fashion or leather goods environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary study in fashion, retail, business or a related discipline is a plus.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 22 to USD 24 per hour.
