Role & Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and grow a personal client portfolio with focus on retention, reactivation, and lifetime value
• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators including sales volume, units per transaction, and average dollar per transaction
• Deliver best-in-class service through in-person engagement, phone communication, and digital outreach
• Leverage deep product knowledge and brand storytelling to create memorable client experiences and tailored recommendations
• Strategically develop and nurture local and international client base through personalized outreach and consistent follow-up
• Support boutique excellence through floor merchandising, visual displays, inventory management, and stock organization
• Participate in inventory and cycle counts while protecting boutique assets through adherence to operating procedures
• Assist with charge-send sales coordination and merchandise location across locations
• Maintain positive, team-first attitude and act as brand ambassador within and beyond the boutique
• Ensure welcoming, client-focused environment and resolve client issues in partnership with leadership

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in luxury consumer goods
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills
• Demonstrated ability to develop strong, lasting client relationships
• Ability to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Competency with retail systems including POS, cash registers, sensor-tag removers, and office equipment
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods, lift at least 30 lbs, and move merchandise and fixtures
• Responsibility for store security procedures including premises locking and securing

Skills

Experience

Minimum 5 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in a luxury consumer goods environment, with demonstrated success in building and maintaining high-value client relationships and achieving sales targets.
