Christian Dior Client Advisor position in Las Vegas City Center. Luxury retail sales and client relationship role requiring 5+ years experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and grow a personal client portfolio with focus on retention, reactivation, and lifetime value
- Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and KPIs including Individual Sales Volume, Units per Transaction (UPT), and Average Dollar per Transaction (ADS)
- Cultivate a welcoming, client-focused environment through best-in-class service delivered in-person, over the phone, and via electronic communication
- Strategically develop and nurture local and international client bases through personalized outreach, appointment setting, and consistent follow-up
- Leverage deep product knowledge and brand storytelling to create meaningful, memorable client experiences
- Anticipate client needs and deliver tailored product recommendations and styling guidance
- Support boutique excellence through floor moves, merchandising, visual displays, and housekeeping tasks as assigned
- Locate merchandise at other boutiques for clients and accurately process charge-send sales per company guidelines
- Manage individual stock assignments, organize inventory on the sales floor and in back-of-house areas, and participate in cycle counts
- Assist with packing and wrapping customer purchases and maintain boutique security procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in a luxury consumer goods environment
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills with ability to develop lasting client relationships
- Demonstrated drive for business results with genuine passion for creativity, fashion, and the brand
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service across in-person, telephone, and digital channels
- Proficiency with retail technology including point-of-sale systems, cash registers, sensor-tag removers, and standard office equipment
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of retail sales and client service experience in a luxury or premium retail setting, demonstrating consistent achievement of sales targets and a track record of cultivating high-value client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in fashion, business, or luxury retail is advantageous but not required.
