Christian Dior Couture in Las Vegas seeks a Client Advisor (Bellagio) to deliver luxury client service and drive boutique sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop, manage and grow a personal client portfolio with emphasis on retention, reactivation and long‑term value.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs, including individual sales volume, units per transaction (UPT) and average dollar per transaction (ADS).
- Deliver best‑in‑class client service in person, by phone and via electronic communication; set appointments and conduct personalised outreach and follow‑up.
- Use deep product knowledge and brand storytelling to create memorable client experiences and tailored styling recommendations.
- Resolve client enquiries and issues in partnership with boutique leadership to preserve client relationships and protect the business.
- Support boutique operations: visual merchandising, floor moves, stock organisation, cycle counts and adherence to loss‑prevention procedures.
- Locate merchandise across boutiques and process charge‑send sales in accordance with company guidelines; assist with packaging and presentation of client purchases.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail sales and client service experience; 5+ years preferred, ideally within luxury fashion or premium consumer goods.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs in a boutique or high‑end retail environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated ability to cultivate lasting client relationships.
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Familiarity operating boutique equipment and systems (phone systems, cash register, sensor‑tag remover, computers) and adherence to store security procedures.

Minimum 3 years of retail sales and client service experience is required; 5+ years in luxury retail is preferred, with a demonstrable track record of meeting individual sales targets and managing a personal client portfolio.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; formal retail, luxury sales or customer service training is preferred.
