Role & Responsibilities

  • Build, manage and expand a personal client portfolio with emphasis on retention, reactivation and lifetime value.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs, including individual sales volume, units per transaction (UPT) and average dollar per transaction (ADS).
  • Deliver best‑in‑class client experiences in person, by phone and through electronic communication; proactively set appointments and perform personalised outreach and follow‑up.
  • Use product expertise and brand storytelling to create memorable, bespoke selling ceremonies and tailored styling recommendations.
  • Support boutique excellence through merchandising, visual merchandising, floor moves, housekeeping and accurate stock organisation on the sales floor and in the heart of house.
  • Locate merchandise across the network, process charge‑send sales per company guidelines and participate in inventory and cycle counts to protect boutique assets.
  • Resolve client issues in partnership with boutique leadership and act as an ambassador for the brand both inside and outside the boutique.
  • Assist with packaging/wrapping and perform store security procedures, including locking and securing the premises as required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of retail sales and client service experience; luxury goods experience highly preferred.
  • Demonstrable commercial drive with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong organisation and follow‑through.
  • Availability to work varied hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, handle merchandise and lift at least 30 lbs.
  • Proficiency operating boutique equipment and adherence to store security and operating procedures.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably within a luxury consumer goods or fashion environment.

Education
