Christian Dior Couture Client Advisor in Jersey City, NJ: deliver luxury client service at our Client Services Center. Full-time, $24–$26/hr plus benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide courteous, professional customer service aligned with Christian Dior brand values and integrity standards, addressing inquiries via phone, email, social media, and written correspondence
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively through empathetic communication, escalating complex matters to supervisors as appropriate
- Demonstrate and communicate brand storytelling, heritage awareness, and comprehensive product knowledge during all client interactions
- Achieve and exceed planned KPIs including case management, sales targets, quality assurance scores, productivity goals, and schedule adherence
- Maintain accurate and timely data entry in Diorlink and SCRM database systems to ensure proper case documentation and statistical accuracy
- Conduct outbound client contact (e-Clienteling) as a sales driver and for issue resolution
- Develop innovative approaches to client concerns and share successful strategies across the Client Services team
- Cultivate collaborative working relationships throughout the Dior network and Client Services Center
- Attend all mandated training and development sessions to maintain operational and product knowledge
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury customer service, preferably in retail, hotel, or concierge environments
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to adapt tone and approach across diverse client segments
- Strong sales negotiation and consultative selling capabilities
- Proven customer-first mindset with ability to prioritize client needs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Salesforce experience considered advantageous
- Ability to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, holidays, and weekends
- Demonstrated multitasking and prioritization skills under high-volume conditions
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in luxury customer service environments, with proven expertise in addressing complex client inquiries and delivering solutions across retail, hospitality, or concierge sectors.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; formal customer service certification or hospitality training is considered advantageous.
