Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary, brand‑aligned client service across phone, email, social media and written correspondence, listening attentively and responding with empathy.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently, escalating complex issues to supervisors to ensure satisfactory outcomes.
  • Achieve and exceed defined KPIs including case management, sales & service targets, quality assurance scores, productivity goals and schedule adherence.
  • Perform outbound e‑clienteling and proactive client contact as a sales driver and for issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate client and case records by entering information into Diorlink and initiating updates to the SCRM database.
  • Recommend process improvements and share successful approaches across the Client Services Center; collaborate closely with colleagues across the network.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years' experience in luxury customer service, preferably in retail, hotel or concierge environments.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrable customer‑first mindset.
  • Proven sales negotiation ability and track record of meeting KPI targets.
  • Flexible availability to work varied schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays; able to attend mandatory training.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish; proficiency in French and Mandarin is strongly desirable.

Experience
