Role & Responsibilities
- Process sales transactions with confidence and professionalism in luxury retail environments
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to foster brand loyalty and repeat business
- Execute cross-selling techniques and product recommendation strategies
- Master comprehensive brand and product knowledge across portfolio categories
- Create memorable in-store experiences that reflect the brand's luxury positioning and values
- Contribute to achievement of commercial and sales targets
- Develop professional English fluency (for non-native speakers) and foundational or advanced Mandarin language skills
- Support store operations and merchandising initiatives under mentorship from experienced retail professionals
Qualifications
- Italian Laurea Triennale (three-year bachelor degree) or equivalent qualification
- Fluent Italian and English language abilities (C1 level minimum)
- Demonstrated sensibility toward luxury and customer service excellence
- Knowledge of at least one additional language (Mandarin, Russian, Japanese, or Arabic preferred)
