Client Advisor at Christian Dior Couture Honolulu. Full-time retail role delivering luxury service, driving sales, and building client relationships in the iconic Waikiki boutique.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators, including Individual Sales Volume, Units per Transaction (UPT), and Average Dollar per Transaction (ADS)
  • Maintain a strong drive for results and a positive, team-first attitude
  • Deliver best-in-class client service across in-person, telephone, and electronic communication channels
  • Develop and cultivate local and international client book with ability to recruit and nurture top-tier clients
  • Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and engage clients through product narratives and heritage storytelling
  • Collaborate with leadership team to resolve client issues and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Support floor moves, merchandising, visual displays, and housekeeping as required
  • Process charge-send sales accurately per company guidelines and coordinate merchandise transfers between boutiques
  • Manage individual stock assignments, organize merchandise on floor and in storage areas
  • Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts while protecting boutique assets through adherence to operating procedures
  • Assist in packing and wrapping customer merchandise as needed

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in luxury consumer goods
  • Strong drive for business results paired with genuine passion for fashion and the Christian Dior brand
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and follow-through skills enabling relationship building
  • Proficiency in providing outstanding customer service across multiple channels
  • Ability to read, count, and write with accuracy for business and client documentation
  • Proven capability to prioritize and manage time in fast-paced environments
  • Flexibility to adjust strategies in response to evolving business trends
  • Willingness to work varied schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Competency in operating all necessary equipment including phone systems, point-of-sale registers, security tag removers, and computers
  • Physical capability to stand for extended periods, move and handle merchandise boxes and fixtures, and lift minimum 30 lbs
  • Full commitment to adhering to all company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards

Experience
