Christian Dior Couture Client Advisor position in Dallas, Texas. Full-time luxury retail sales role focusing on client relationship management and boutique excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and grow a personal client portfolio with focus on retention, reactivation, and lifetime value
- Achieve and exceed individual Sales Goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPI), including Individual Sales Volume, Units per Transaction (UPT), and Average Dollar per Transaction (ADS)
- Maintain a strong drive for results and a positive, team-first attitude at all times
- Act as a brand ambassador both within and beyond the boutique environment
- Ensure a welcoming, client-focused environment offering best-in-class service in person, over the phone, and through electronic communication
- Strategically develop and nurture local and international client base through personalized outreach, appointment setting, and consistent follow-up
- Leverage deep product knowledge and brand storytelling to create meaningful, memorable client experiences
- Anticipate client needs and deliver tailored product recommendations and styling guidance
- Support floor moves, merchandising, visual merchandising, and housekeeping as needed
- Help locate merchandise at other boutiques for clients and accurately process charge-send sales per company guidelines
- Manage individual stock assignments, including organizing stock on sales floor and in back-of-house areas
- Participate in all inventory and cycle counts while protecting boutique assets through adherence to operating procedures
- Assist in packing and wrapping customers' merchandise as necessary
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail or luxury hospitality sales experience
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Strong sales acumen with proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are advantageous
- Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems and CRM platforms
- Professional appearance and demeanor aligned with luxury brand standards

Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional retail or luxury client services experience, with demonstrated success in building personal client portfolios, achieving sales targets, and delivering exceptional client experiences in a fast-paced environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; college education or luxury retail certification preferred.
