Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated brand experience through authentic, high-quality client interactions that reinforce customer loyalty.
- Handle inbound and outbound telephone consultations to convert opportunities and increase online sales.
- Provide proactive clienteling and product information across channels to personalise the customer journey.
- Resolve customer enquiries across multiple channels, escalating according to Dior policies and processes.
- Maintain accurate customer records and input data into internal systems to support reporting and relationship management.
- Contribute ideas to improve service workflows and share best practices with the team.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of customer service or retail experience; luxury retail or premium brand experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and clienteling skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work a rotating schedule including weekends and public holidays.
- Proven ability to multitask and work within established processes and quality standards.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in customer service, retail or luxury brand environments, with demonstrable client-facing sales or advisory responsibilities.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary education in hospitality, retail management, marketing or communications is an advantage.
