Role & Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and grow a personal client portfolio with emphasis on retention, reactivation, and lifetime value
• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators including Individual Sales Volume, Units per Transaction, and Average Dollar per Transaction
• Provide best-in-class client service in person, over the phone, and through electronic communication
• Strategically develop and nurture a local and international client base through personalized outreach, appointment setting, and consistent follow-up
• Leverage deep product knowledge and brand storytelling to create meaningful, memorable client experiences
• Anticipate client needs and deliver tailored product recommendations and styling guidance
• Act as a brand ambassador both within and beyond the boutique environment
• Support floor merchandising, visual merchandising, and housekeeping as needed
• Maintain stock organization and participate in inventory and cycle counts to protect boutique assets
• Assist with packing and wrapping customer merchandise and process charge-send sales per company guidelines

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in a luxury consumer goods environment
• Strong drive for business results with passion for creativity, fashion, and brand alignment
• Demonstrated ability to develop strong and lasting relationships through excellent communication, organization, and follow-through
• Proficiency in operating retail equipment including phone systems, point-of-sale systems, and computers
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, move and handle merchandise boxes and fixtures, and lift at least 30 pounds
• Availability to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Responsibility for store security procedures, including locking and securing premises
