Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs, including personal sales volume, units per transaction and average transaction value.
- Deliver exemplary client service in-person, by telephone and via electronic communications to cultivate long-term relationships with local and international clients.
- Proactively recruit, develop and maintain a portfolio of high-value clients through bespoke clienteling and personalised follow-up.
- Demonstrate authoritative product knowledge and employ product storytelling and sales ceremonies to engage and inspire clients.
- Support boutique operations including floor moves, merchandising, visual merchandising tasks and maintaining boutique standards of presentation and cleanliness.
- Locate merchandise across the network and execute charge-send transactions in accordance with company guidelines.
- Manage individual stock assignments: organise salesfloor and back-of-house inventory, participate in cyclic counts and full inventories, and apply loss-prevention procedures.
- Assist with client packaging and finishing touches to ensure a luxury unboxing experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of retail sales and customer service experience, preferably within luxury goods or premium fashion.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and developing high-value client relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal, organisational and follow-up skills with a client-centric mindset.
- Availability to work variable hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
- Commitment to comply with company policies, procedures and brand standards.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of three years' experience in retail sales and customer service, ideally within the luxury fashion or premium consumer goods sector, with proven ability to develop and retain high-value clientele.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent) required; a degree in business, fashion, marketing or a related discipline is advantageous but not mandatory.
