Christian Dior Couture seeks a Client Advisor in Boca Raton, FL to deliver luxury client service and achieve sales targets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build, manage and grow a personal client portfolio with emphasis on retention, reactivation and lifetime value.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs (Individual Sales Volume, Units per Transaction, Average Dollar per Transaction).
- Deliver best-in-class client service in person, by phone and through electronic communication; anticipate client needs and provide personalised product recommendations and styling guidance.
- Leverage deep product knowledge and brand storytelling to create memorable client experiences and execute selling ceremonies.
- Support boutique operations including floor moves, merchandising, visual merchandising, housekeeping and individual stock assignments.
- Process charge-send sales and assist clients by locating merchandise across boutiques per company guidelines.
- Participate in inventory and cycle counts; protect boutique assets by following security and operating procedures, including locking and securing the premises when required.
- Assist with packing/wrapping clients’ purchases and perform physical tasks (standing for extended periods, moving boxes and fixtures).
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail sales and client service experience; experience in luxury consumer goods strongly preferred (5 years preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and a strong commercial drive.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to develop long‑term client relationships through clear communication, organisation and consistent follow-through.
- Comfortable working varied schedules including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to perform physical aspects of the role (stand for extended periods; lift at least 30 lbs).
- Familiarity with boutique security procedures and responsibility for securing the premises when required.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably within the luxury sector; 5 years preferred for more senior client portfolios.
