Christian Dior Couture seeks a Client Advisor in Bloomington, MN (Mall of America) to deliver luxury clienteling and achieve boutique sales targets.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Build, manage and grow a personal client portfolio through proactive outreach, appointment setting and consistent follow-up to maximise retention and lifetime value.
  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client experiences using product storytelling and selling ceremonies to drive conversion, units per transaction (UPT) and average dollar per sale (ADS).
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs while contributing to overall boutique performance.
  • Provide frontline client service in person, by phone and by electronic communication, resolving client issues in partnership with boutique leadership.
  • Support boutique operations including visual merchandising, floor moves, housekeeping and arranging merchandise across boutiques for client requests.
  • Manage individual stock assignments: organise merchandise on the sales floor and in back-of-house areas and participate in inventory and cycle counts to protect assets.
  • Accurately process charge-send sales in accordance with company guidelines and assist with packaging/gift-wrapping when required.
  • Act as a brand ambassador within the local community, representing the maison’s values and aesthetic at all times.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years’ experience in luxury retail or an equivalent client-facing sales role.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a boutique or high-end retail environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong organisational aptitude with meticulous attention to stock management, visual standards and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Flexible availability to work on-site according to boutique hours, including weekends and peak shopping periods.

Experience
