Christian Dior Parfums seeks a City Coach for Sephora operations in Taiyuan, China to train beauty consultants and drive sales performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Train and provide in-store guidance to Sephora beauty consultants
- Organize effective beauty masterclasses and educational sessions
- Ensure monthly sales targets are met across assigned retail locations
- Maintain brand image standards and market positioning
- Execute planned initiatives and promotional campaigns effectively
- Manage daily counter maintenance including product rotation, inventory control, and visual merchandising
- Monitor Dior product knowledge and competitive landscape, with particular focus on Sephora channel trends
- Share market insights and intelligence with team members and Dior training department to strengthen collaboration
- Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with retail partners and store management
Qualifications
- Proven experience in beauty retail, brand coaching, or similar customer-facing role
- Strong knowledge of cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance categories
- Demonstrated ability to train and mentor retail staff
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Experience
Experience in luxury beauty retail, brand training, or Sephora environment preferred; proven success in coaching and mentoring retail teams.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; beauty or cosmetics industry certification a plus.
