Role & Responsibilities
- Integrate eco‑design principles into retail development processes and design associated practical tools for store projects.
- Support operational teams in adopting and deploying eco‑design tools and methodologies across points of sale.
- Monitor and analyse environmental performance indicators throughout the retail development lifecycle and contribute to associated action plans.
- Conduct market and technology scouting on circularity innovations and produce analytical notes with clear recommendations.
- Contribute to the elaboration and rollout of the Maison’s circularity strategy, collaborating with key regional stakeholders to develop valorisation solutions.
- Support the annual reporting of circularity indicators and assist in the consolidation of metrics.
- Organise and deliver training sessions for internal stakeholders and prepare high‑quality internal presentation materials.
- Participate in cross‑functional ad hoc projects and coordinate inputs from multiple teams to ensure timely delivery.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business school or engineering programme (undergraduate or graduate level).
- First internship or initial professional experience in circularity, sustainability, eco‑design or related fields.
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical skills with proven ability to synthesise complex information and produce concise recommendations.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; skilled in preparing executive‑grade reports and presentations.
- Behavioural fit: analytical mindset, critical thinking, collaborative teamwork, stakeholder management, adaptability and solution orientation.
