Parfums Christian Dior seeks a Circularity & Innovation Assistant intern in Neuilly‑sur‑Seine, France — 6‑month internship starting September 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support acceleration of eco‑design for retail: translate eco‑design principles into retail development workflows, create and maintain associated tools, and guide retail teams in adoption.
- Monitor and analyse environmental performance indicators across the point‑of‑sale development lifecycle and contribute to related action plans.
- Conduct active scouting of circularity and sustainability innovations; synthesize findings into analysis notes and pragmatic recommendations.
- Contribute to the definition and roll‑out of the Maison’s circularity strategy and collaborate with regional teams to develop valorisation solutions.
- Support annual circularity reporting and produce clear, consolidated internal presentations and documentation.
- Coordinate and help deliver training sessions for stakeholders and participate in ad‑hoc cross‑functional projects to embed circular practices.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering school, or equivalent higher‑education programme.
- First practical experience or internship in circularity, sustainability, eco‑design or related fields.
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Demonstrable analytical capacity, critical thinking and ability to synthesise complex information.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder‑management skills; adaptable and solution‑oriented.
