Role & Responsibilities
- Actively engage and capture customers at the point of sale, with a specific focus on serving Chinese clientele.
- Apply the D.I.O.R. sales technique and tailor emotionally driven, personalised beauty advice.
- Deliver fragrance consultations, express make‑up services and instant skincare treatments to elevate client experience.
- Develop and manage a client portfolio using Dior Connect to maximise retention and lifetime value.
- Represent Dior during local activations and store events, acting as an ambassador for the brand.
- Drive sales performance through proactive selling, cross‑selling and proposing initiatives to boost turnover.
- Maintain high standards of merchandising, visual presentation and general upkeep of the stand and back‑office.
- Support stock reception, organisation and inventory processes according to Dior procedures.
- Complete mandatory e‑learning independently (My Dior) and apply newly acquired competencies in daily selling.
- Respect Dior grooming standards, punctuality and contribute positively to team dynamics.
Qualifications
- Fluent Mandarin (mandatory); strong command of French and English.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in luxury cosmetics or premium retail sales, ideally in flagship environments.
- Enrollment in a recognised work‑study (alternance) or apprenticeship programme.
- Demonstrable product knowledge across fragrance, make‑up and skincare ranges.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, service orientation and a proven ability to build client loyalty.
