Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as trusted strategic thought partner to the President on strategy, growth, and organizational priorities, bringing external perspective and intellectual rigor to leadership discussions
  • Support preparation and orchestration of key leadership moments including strategic reviews, offsites, and long-range planning sessions
  • Lead development of 3–5 year strategic horizons ensuring alignment between brand ambition, growth opportunities, and organizational capacity
  • Synthesize market, consumer, brand, and performance insights into clear strategic choices and inform trade-off decisions
  • Translate multiple growth opportunities into structured strategic pillars with defined objectives, timelines, and success metrics
  • Own annual and multi-year planning processes (3YP), ensuring strong linkage between strategy, budget, and execution
  • Design and manage planning rhythms, decision forums, and governance processes enabling speed with organizational rigor
  • Prepare high-impact strategic materials and presentations for the President and executive committee to support decision-making
  • Establish prioritization frameworks balancing short-term performance with mid- and long-term brand and business growth
  • Ensure strategic initiatives are tracked, reviewed, and adjusted based on performance and evolving market priorities
