Role & Responsibilities
- Share a passion for hospitality with clients.
- Greet clients at the venue.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of equipment, beverages, and menu items.
- Take orders, transmit them, and serve food and beverages according to restaurant procedures.
- Ensure prepared dishes match orders and adhere to quality standards.
- Clear and reset tables within the assigned section.
- Present bills and process payments according to restaurant procedures.
- Promote various services and products within the restaurants and at 30 Montaigne.
- Guarantee client satisfaction across different sales areas.
- Perform cleaning tasks according to restaurant procedures.
- Participate in inventory management.
- Ensure proper management of linens, including setup, renewal, supply, counting, and storage.
- Facilitate internal communication within the service.
- Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations.
- Implement and ensure compliance with HACCP hygiene standards.
- Report any 'abnormal' situations regarding safety or accident risks to management.
Qualifications
- Strong sense of service and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills and teamwork spirit.
- Dynamic, initiative-driven, autonomous, and punctual.
- Interest in the hospitality and restaurant sector.
