Role & Responsibilities

• Ensure impeccable service in accordance with restaurant procedures.
• Prepare dishes according to instructions from management.
• Maintain the freshness and quality of ingredients.
• Manage perishable goods in accordance with restaurant procedures.
• Deliver culinary production.
• Provide clients with high-quality dishes, presented attractively to enhance the restaurant outlet while optimizing costs.
• Assemble and plate dishes.
• Maintain restaurant premises and equipment in compliance with HACCP standards.
• Receive goods in accordance with HACCP protocols and Maison procedures.
• Store ingredients in cold rooms or the storeroom.
• Inform management of any unusual situation involving safety or accident risks to clients or colleagues.
• Supervise Commis and Demi-Chefs de Partie, providing operational support.
• Welcome and train new team members.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a luxury establishment as a Chef de Partie.
• Strong attention to detail and a highly developed sense of service.
• Creativity, organization, passion and a strong team spirit.
• Dynamism, initiative, autonomy, determination, excellent presentation, punctuality and an interest in the hospitality and catering sector.
