Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure impeccable service delivery in accordance with restaurant procedures and HACCP protocols
- Direct dish preparation, plating, and presentation to consistently meet premium quality and aesthetic standards
- Oversee product freshness and quality management, including proper storage of perishables in cold rooms and pantries
- Supervise and mentor Commis and Demi-Chefs de Partie, providing operational support and training to new culinary staff
- Maintain kitchen facilities and equipment to the highest hygiene and safety standards
- Receive and process incoming goods according to HACCP protocols and house procedures
- Identify and report safety concerns, accidents risks, and operational anomalies to management
- Optimize ingredient usage and cost management while maintaining culinary excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional kitchen experience in a luxury hospitality establishment
- Proven expertise as a Chef de Partie or equivalent supervisory kitchen role
- Strong knowledge of HACCP food safety protocols and culinary best practices
- Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor junior kitchen staff
- Exceptional attention to detail and refined presentation standards
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional culinary experience within luxury hospitality establishments, including prior service as a Chef de Partie with demonstrated supervisory capabilities and expertise in premium kitchen operations.
Education
Formal culinary training or equivalent professional certification in gastronomy and kitchen management is strongly preferred.
