Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure impeccable service delivery in accordance with restaurant procedures and protocols
- Oversee culinary production and guarantee high-quality dishes presented with aesthetic refinement to enhance the sales point while optimizing costs
- Perform assembly and plating of dishes to exacting luxury standards
- Maintain food freshness and product quality through proper handling of perishable goods
- Manage food storage in cold rooms and pantries according to house procedures
- Conduct merchandise reception following HACCP protocols and house procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of facilities and equipment in compliance with HACCP standards
- Supervise and support Commis and Demi-Chefs de Partie with operational guidance
- Welcome and train new team members
- Report any abnormal situations regarding safety or accident risks involving clients or colleagues to management
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional culinary experience at a luxury establishment
- Proven expertise as a Chef de Partie in a fine dining environment
