Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee flawless food preparation and service execution according to restaurant procedures and executive chef directives
- Verify product freshness and quality, managing perishable inventory in compliance with HACCP protocols and house procedures
- Direct the culinary production, plating, and presentation of dishes to optimize aesthetic appeal and cost-efficiency
- Maintain kitchen facilities and equipment according to HACCP standards and hygiene regulations
- Receive and log incoming goods following established HACCP and house protocols
- Organize and store ingredients in cold storage and pantry areas
- Supervise Commis and Demi-Chefs de Partie, providing operational support and mentorship
- Onboard and train newly hired culinary staff
- Report all safety concerns, accident risks, or irregularities to management immediately
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie in a luxury dining establishment
- Demonstrated expertise in food preparation, plating, and kitchen management
- Comprehensive knowledge of HACCP protocols and food safety regulations
- Strong attention to detail and refined service acumen
- Excellent communication and leadership capabilities
- Proven ability to mentor and support junior kitchen staff
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Chef de Partie within a luxury hospitality establishment, with demonstrated proficiency in menu execution, kitchen operations, and team supervision.
Education
Culinary training or equivalent professional qualification in food preparation and kitchen management preferred.
