Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure flawless service execution in accordance with established restaurant procedures and culinary standards
  • Oversee the preparation of dishes following hierarchical directives, guaranteeing aesthetic presentation whilst optimizing costs
  • Maintain strict quality control of ingredients, ensuring freshness and proper storage of perishable goods in compliance with HACCP protocols
  • Manage and maintain kitchen facilities, equipment, and storage areas according to HACCP standards and house procedures
  • Receive and verify incoming merchandise in accordance with HACCP protocols and Maison guidelines
  • Supervise Commis and Demi-Chefs de Partie, providing operational support and guidance
  • Onboard and train new team members, fostering a culture of excellence and attention to detail
  • Report any abnormal circumstances concerning safety or accident risks to hierarchy immediately

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of professional kitchen experience at a luxury establishment as a Chef de Partie
  • Demonstrated expertise in food safety and HACCP compliance
