Role & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and produce dishes to the Maison’s standards, ensuring quality, freshness and aesthetic presentation while optimising costs.
  • Assemble, dress and plate menu items consistently and in accordance with chef directives and restaurant procedures.
  • Manage perishable inventory: receive goods, control deliveries, store products in cold rooms/economats and apply HACCP stock rotation rules.
  • Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of kitchen spaces and equipment in strict compliance with HACCP and internal hygiene procedures.
  • Supervise and support commis and demi-chefs on the line; welcome, train and onboard new team members.
  • Report any anomalies or safety risks concerning guests or colleagues to hierarchy; collaborate transversally with client services and other Dior departments.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ professional experience in a luxury or high-end culinary environment as a Chef de Partie or equivalent.
  • Proven knowledge of HACCP standards and food‑safety protocols.
  • Strong attention to detail with a highly developed sense of service and presentation.
  • Organised, creative, proactive and able to work autonomously within a team.
  • Excellent personal presentation, punctuality and a clear commitment to hospitality standards.

Experience
