Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and drive product allocation to geographical zones, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives and seasonal cadences.
  • Manage and secure efficient distribution flows to guarantee high levels of product availability in boutiques.
  • Establish and monitor stock policy (warehouse and store buffers) and optimise stock coverage between availability and inventory levels.
  • Coordinate the target-stock calculation process with regional Distribution teams and monitor coverage metrics.
  • Provide clear, reliable visibility on stock levels and inventory evolution to central and regional stakeholders.
  • Challenge assortment offers and allocation decisions to improve overall distribution performance.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of distribution tools and processes and participate in cross-functional Supply Chain projects.
  • Act as a transversal interface with Marketing, Merchandising, Logistics, IT and regional teams to support operational execution.

Qualifications

  • Approximately 5 years' professional experience in supply chain, distribution planning or inventory management, preferably within fashion/retail.
  • Proven experience working in an international, cross-cultural environment and collaborating with regional teams.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written) to operate in an international context; professional French is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical mindset with demonstrated ability to synthesise data and translate insight into operational decisions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across functions.
  • High level of rigor, reliability and adaptability in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years' experience in supply chain, distribution planning or inventory management, ideally within fashion, leather goods or premium retail and with exposure to international distribution networks.

Education

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related discipline; advanced degree or specialised training in supply chain is a plus.
