Role & Responsibilities

• Curate and propose outfit options to team manager for direct celebrity styling requests from stylists and agents
• Prepare approved selections and manage fitting rooms with all necessary materials for celebrity appointments
• Organize and reorganize fittings rooms immediately after appointments to release non-selected items and prepare space for subsequent appointments
• Coordinate international shipments via Worldnet and DHL with customs invoice preparation
• Arrange Paris-based courier deliveries and manage Launchmetrics (FGPS) tracking for all wardrobe loans
• Maintain organization and inventory of VIP stockrooms in collaboration with co-intern
• Ensure press charts remain current regarding borrowed looks for VIP clientele
• Transport alterations to workshop immediately following fittings and manage post-alteration compliance checks
• Provide comprehensive support during major events such as Cannes Film Festival and Venice Film Festival, including fitting coordination, alteration management, and timely delivery of complete outfits
• Manage requests from boutiques for consignment pieces and coordinate in-boutique fittings when necessary
• Support runway show periods (January–June) with fitting assistance and alteration management
• Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, punctuality, and collaborative spirit

Qualifications

• Training in communication, fashion, or related disciplines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Prior experience with Launchmetrics (formerly FGPS) is an advantage
• Demonstrated discretion and reliability
• Strong collaborative and team-oriented work ethic
• Genuine passion for fashion product and the arts

Entry-level or recent graduate; first internship or early-career position in fashion, luxury retail, or related sectors acceptable

Education

Training or degree in communications, fashion, fashion design, styling, or related creative and business disciplines
