Christian Dior Couture Paris: Celebrity Coordination Assistant internship in the Men's division. Manage VIP gift operations, event reports, and inventory.
Role & Responsibilities
- Track and compile monthly media coverage reports for the Men's Celebrity division, organizing all VIP imagery by event type and geographic market
- Generate post-event celebrity reports for each Dior show, compiling all attendee imagery and social media content related to the event
- Create product-focused reports throughout the year tracking celebrity endorsement of key items, with images organized by product category
- Coordinate gift operations including birthday anticipation, gift proposals, and worldwide logistics for validated celebrity profiles
- Manage product push campaigns by coordinating gift distribution to multiple celebrities globally and liaising with all involved teams
- Prepare visual documents and presentations for the celebrity team, including event-specific materials with celebrity faces and associated looks
- Maintain gift inventory records, tracking all items by recipient, occasion, and status
- Receive and organize VIP product orders, distributing items to dedicated storage and integrating pieces into Launchmetrics with the showroom manager
- During fashion week periods (January–June), independently manage celebrity room setup, invitation coordination and delivery, bio-data compilation for access lists, and styling board documentation
- Support celebrity relations activities including outfit selection presentations, logistics coordination, alterations coordination, boutique sourcing, and VIP stockroom organization
Qualifications
- Degree or training in communications, fashion, or related fields
- Fluent French language proficiency
- Fluent English language proficiency
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational, discretion, and time management abilities
- Team player with autonomous work capabilities and proactive mindset
- Passion for fashion products and art world
- Launchmetrics (formerly FGPS) experience is advantageous

Entry-level; no prior professional experience required, though prior exposure to fashion or celebrity relations is advantageous. Candidates should demonstrate organizational aptitude and the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks within a fast-paced luxury environment.
