Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure the appropriate management and cultivation of VIP clients of Christian Dior, maximising their potential within the boutique
- Increase client loyalty with emphasis on local clientele across all departments in partnership with Department Managers
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of clients at VVIC and Elite levels
- Fully manage all strategic, operational, and creative planning of VIP events alongside the Events team
- Monitor client indicators within product categories and leverage events and promotional animations to drive engagement
- Support the Events team from conception through execution of client experiences
- Ensure CDM (customer database) capture rate remains consistently above 90%
- Provide strategic feedback to Head Office CDM teams for continuous data improvement
- Analyze boutique clientele structure and assess alignment of client mindset across the team
- Monitor results and profitability of all implemented initiatives
- Refine client segmentation, profiling, and targeting strategies to optimise return on investment
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of client development management experience within luxury fashion
- Demonstrated expertise in VIP client relationship management and portfolio building
- Proven track record in event planning and execution for high-net-worth clientele
- Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) and customer database systems
- Advanced understanding of luxury fashion market dynamics and competitive positioning
