Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead sell-out performance reporting and tracking across TR APAC markets (monthly sellout reports; quarterly Beaute Research analysis; gap-to-leadership diagnostics).
  • Support the preparation and monitoring of the Yearly Travel Exclusive (TREX) roadmap.
  • Coordinate Go‑To‑Market seminar logistics and materials: assist Category Managers with presentations, assortment reviews and planning for GTM events.
  • Support 360° launch preparation: compile event packs, liaise with cross‑functional marketing teams, and produce post‑launch reports identifying improvement areas for key launches.
  • Perform competitive intelligence: build monthly competitor decks and monitor Chinese social platforms (Little Red Book, Douyin, TikTok) to identify emerging beauty trends.
  • Provide operational support for regional retailer and internal meetings: data and performance analysis, weekly marketing newsletters, DiorINFO downloads, and regional product order coordination.

Qualifications

  • Available to commit to a full‑time, six‑month internship (Jul 26 to Dec 26).
  • University student or recent graduate in marketing, business, communications or a related discipline.
  • Prior internship or exposure to perfume, beauty or luxury industries is preferred.
  • Strong analytical aptitude, meticulous attention to detail and the capacity to synthesize market data into clear recommendations.
  • Organised, autonomous, team‑oriented and comfortable working in a multicultural matrix environment.
  • Effective project management skills with a proactive mindset and positive, collaborative attitude.
