Christian Dior Couture — Cash & Risk Manager in Dubai (UAE): regional treasury, insurance and internal controls role based in Dubai.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary regional contact for banks and treasury-related matters, managing banking relationships for the GCC.
- Monitor liquidity and optimise cash positions, including cash pooling and intragroup transfers; prepare and submit cash flow reports and forecasts.
- Coordinate collections and payment runs with LDS and Accounts Payable to ensure timely settlement of obligations.
- Administer treasury banking platforms and maintain banking documentation, signatory records and delegations of authority.
- Lead internal control and risk management activities: run self-assessments, compliance monitoring and awareness training for regional teams.
- Design and maintain digital approval workflows and delegation matrices; contribute to process improvement initiatives to strengthen controls.
- Oversee regional insurance programmes: coordinate renewals, declarations and certificates with brokers and manage claims handling with insurers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- 6–10 years’ relevant experience in corporate treasury, financial control, risk management or internal controls; experience in retail, luxury retail or multinational environments preferred.
- Demonstrable knowledge of treasury operations, banking processes, liquidity management and financial controls.
- Proficiency with SAP and advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with treasury banking platforms an advantage.
- Strong analytical capability, attention to detail, effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

6–10 years of progressive, hands-on experience in corporate treasury, financial control or risk management; prior exposure to retail or multinational contexts is preferred.
