Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance reporting tools, particularly in Excel and Power BI, to support procurement analytics and performance tracking
- Apply internal artificial intelligence tools judiciously to automate data processing, streamline file management, and enable advanced data analysis
- Contribute to monthly financial closures in coordination with Finance and Operations teams
- Assist with budgetary processes, including annual budget preparation and periodic revision cycles
- Conduct variance analysis between actual and forecasted results, identifying and documenting key explanatory factors
- Support procurement performance management initiatives and identify cost optimization opportunities across buying functions
Qualifications
- Pursuing a Master's-level degree (Master 2 IAE, École de Commerce, or equivalent Bac+5 qualification)
- Strong theoretical grounding in cost accounting and management control principles
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel competency (formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation)
- Strong analytical and operational mindset with demonstrated critical thinking
- Excellent teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Clear written and verbal communication abilities with capacity to present complex analyses accessibly
