Role & Responsibilities
- Guarantee quality standards and non-conformities management for the 30 avenue Montaigne suite
- Execute client check-in and check-out procedures with personalized welcome protocols
- Organize and maintain guest wardrobe and dressing services
- Coordinate concierge activities before and during client stays, curating bespoke Parisian experiences
- Deliver comprehensive meal service including breakfast, lunch, and dinner service excellence
- Anticipate and exceed client expectations through proactive service delivery
- Manage minibar replenishment and inventory control
- Execute quality control for turndown service and bed cover protocols
- Maintain and update comprehensive client preference files (Cardex) documenting dietary requirements, allergies, and personal habits
- Process billing, cash handling, and daily financial reconciliation
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of hospitality experience in a luxury hotel or palace setting as a Butler or equivalent role
