Parfums Christian Dior Business Manager — Sheffield: on-site retail role managing counter sales, team performance, CRM and promotional events.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own retail profitability and sales performance for the assigned counter, delivering against brand and retailer KPIs and productivity targets.
- Lead and develop the counter team (Beauty Stylists, Selling Specialists, Ambassadors and Estheticians) including recruiting, onboarding, coaching, scheduling and payroll oversight.
- Drive sell-through and flawless execution of promotional programmes, events and sampling initiatives in partnership with the Account Executive and retailer.
- Design and deploy productivity guidelines and individual performance plans for special events and sell‑in activities to ensure ROI.
- Partner with the corporate Education team and Account Executive to assess training needs; deliver and facilitate product, sales and clienteling training to elevate selling techniques.
- Manage client relationships using CRM tools; ensure customer profiles are captured and leveraged to build long‑term value.
- Maintain Dior counter image and merchandising standards (presentation, dress code, merchandising units and product placement).
- Monitor and report on team productivity (demonstration productivity, AUS, IPT) and produce promotional recaps and sampling programme evaluations.
- Support retail buyers and planners with ordering processes and communicate stock needs to the retailer.
- Collaborate across retailer and community networks to build partnerships that benefit the business.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years' experience in prestige beauty sales with proven counter management experience.
- Prior experience as a Business Manager, Sales Manager or Training Manager in a luxury beauty or cosmetics environment.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting sales KPIs and driving retail profitability.
- Proven capability to recruit, develop and motivate frontline retail teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and adaptability in a multi‑stakeholder retail environment.
- Knowledge of multiple languages preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM platforms.
