Role & Responsibilities
- Set sales targets for Beauty Consultants aligned with company expectations and drive achievement across the team
- Actively sell Parfums Christian Dior products and deliver luxury-standard service to customers
- Lead and coach Beauty Consultants to ensure awareness of and achievement of sales targets
- Proactively cross-sell across product categories to increase average transaction value and average transaction units
- Educate and train team members on product use and heritage of Parfums Christian Dior
- Demonstrate expert product knowledge and propose personalised skincare, makeup, and fragrance solutions to clients
- Conduct product demonstrations and makeovers, confidently explaining product benefits
- Initiate customer engagement on counter and via floor traffic
- Identify coaching and development opportunities for team members and provide training guidance
- Manage stock levels in partnership with Area Manager to maintain optimal availability
- Drive business growth through events, appointments, and return bookings
- Complete operational and administrative tasks to the highest standard
- Participate in merchandise management to align with corporate guidelines
- Adhere to company procedures, policies, and store regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years retail experience in luxury beauty, fragrance, or prestige cosmetics
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of cosmetics and makeup application techniques
- Ability to manage and develop team members effectively
- Excellent customer engagement and selling skills
- Knowledge of luxury customer service standards
- Strong organisational and administrative skills

Minimum 3 years of proven retail experience in luxury beauty, cosmetics, or fragrance, with demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive sales targets, and deliver exceptional customer service in a prestige environment.
