Role & Responsibilities
- Manage retail sell-through and execution of promotional programs at the counter, ensuring individual and counter productivity meets established brand and retailer KPIs
- Recruit, hire, coach, schedule, and manage payroll for Beauty Stylists, Selling Specialists, Ambassadors, and Estheticians
- Develop productivity guidelines for special events and sales; manage individual and team performance in collaboration with the Account Executive
- Partner with Account Executive and corporate Education team to identify training needs and facilitate product and sales training
- Build long-term client relationships through CRM tools and encourage team members to update customer profiles
- Mentor team members to network across the retailer and community to build strategic partnerships
- Maintain Dior counter image standards including cleanliness, dress code, merchandising effectiveness, and product placement
- Support retail buyers and planners regarding inventory ordering systems
- Conduct monthly productivity evaluations for all Beauty Stylists including demonstration productivity, average unit sale, and items per transaction metrics
- Monitor performance of promotional events and sampling programs; complete and submit promotional recap forms to Account Executive
- Perform all other job-related activities as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of prestige beauty sales and counter management experience
- Prior experience as Business Manager, Sales Manager, or Training Manager
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking and business acumen
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of multiple languages preferred
- Ability to motivate and develop sales teams
