Role & Responsibilities
- Act as Maison ambassador for High‑End Watches & Jewelry across Europe, representing the brand to clients and retail teams.
- Design, coordinate and participate in regional High‑End client events and activations, including stock preparation, event set‑up, sales support and post‑event reconciliation.
- Develop and deploy training and enablement programs for retail presenters and boutique teams on product knowledge, negotiation and client follow‑up.
- Define permanent and event‑driven high‑end assortments for boutiques; coordinate launches of High‑End collections with Training, VM, BU and Dior Academy.
- Manage stock deliveries, inter‑store transfers and invoicing follow‑up with the BU and supply teams to ensure sell‑through and availability for events.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance and KPIs (daily/weekly/monthly), produce reports and recommend corrective actions to markets and Country Directors.
- Conduct competitive and market analyses to identify growth opportunities and propose targeted client acquisition strategies.
- Animate ambassador and seller communities within the retail network to sustain momentum on High‑End initiatives and openings.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5–10 years’ experience in commercial development or operational marketing within the luxury sector, with exposure to High‑End product categories.
- Demonstrated expertise or strong knowledge of watchmaking (horlogerie) and jewelry (joaillerie).
- Proven ability to plan and execute client events and boutique activations across multiple markets.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills; proven track record with VIP clienteling and relationship management.
- Strong analytical capability and comfort with sales KPIs and numeric reporting.
- Fluent English (working proficiency); strong communication and training skills.
- Professional command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data analysis tools.
