Parfums Christian Dior is hiring a Business Controller, Travel Retail (APAC) in Singapore — senior finance role focused on forecasting, analysis and process improvement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the APAC Travel Retail financial forecasting cycle (monthly outlooks and R0/R1/R2/BU exercises) by consolidating, analysing and reporting P&L, cash and CAPEX in line with management timetables.
- Provide monthly analysis of actuals versus targets, ensure accounting alignment with regional and central control guidelines, and deliver actionable recommendations to business stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on key financial metrics — revenue, expenses, CAPEX, stock, cash flow and profitability — maintaining and updating regional tracking tools and dashboards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives: identify process inefficiencies, propose and coordinate regional and local enhancements, and contribute to central projects to optimise financial workflows and reporting.
- Act as a primary finance business partner to local teams and the accounting department during closings, forecast revisions and financial process rollouts.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent from a university or business school.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in financial controlling, finance business partnering or corporate finance; travel retail experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, financial statements, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis.
- Proven stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non‑financial audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise in a fast‑paced, matrixed international environment.

Experience
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in financial controlling or finance business partnering, preferably within travel retail, luxury goods or FMCG environments, with exposure to regional forecasting and closing cycles.
Education
Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline (university or business school).
