Role & Responsibilities
- Extract, consolidate, and validate sell-out and sell-in data from proprietary market databases including Circana and Beauty Research
- Harmonize and ensure data reliability across multiple internal systems and dashboards, including media budgets and campaign KPIs
- Monitor sales performance metrics across global markets at weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual frequencies, encompassing market trends, Dior performance, and competitive positioning
- Develop growth hypotheses, market projections, and competitive analysis; formulate strategic recommendations for the brand
- Produce ad-hoc analytical reports and presentations for category directors, executive management, and LVMH leadership
- Prepare launch assessments in coordination with product teams and marketing initiatives
- Continuously refine analytical frameworks and Excel-based reporting to accommodate market changes, panel updates, and new product launches
- Support roadmaps, budgeting cycles, three-year plans, and strategic taskforces through rigorous data analysis
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Business Development within the beauty industry
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
- Demonstrated expertise in quantitative analysis and strategic recommendation development
- Knowledge of the beauty industry, with particular familiarity in makeup, skincare, and fragrance categories
