Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance summaries including sell-out analysis, productivity metrics, and door-level performance with commentary and action points
- Track and monitor key retail KPIs across the travel retail network, including staffing productivity, stock availability, and promotional execution
- Present commercial and retail insights in weekly stakeholder meetings; ensure actions are documented and tracked to closure
- Support expense tracking versus budget and year-over-year variance analysis; identify key cost drivers and variances
- Assist with ROI calculations and business case preparation for door investments and store renovations under guidance
- Conduct market research on beauty trends, customer preferences, and competitive activity within travel retail
- Analyze performance across countries and doors to identify profitability, margin, and efficiency opportunities and risks
- Contribute to weekly commercial meeting materials including insights, competitive summaries, and strategic recommendations
- Develop structured, stakeholder-ready presentations translating analysis into clear narratives with key takeaways and recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field
- Advanced Excel proficiency including complex functions, Pivot Tables, and Power Query
- Strong PowerPoint and Power BI capabilities
- Analytical and structured problem-solving mindset with ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently
- Strong communication skills and comfortable engaging with commercial stakeholders at multiple levels
- Python or R programming experience preferred

Beginner level; no prior professional experience required. Fresh graduates or final-year students welcome. Experience with retail, commercial analysis, or business analytics preferred but not essential.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related quantitative field. Must be able to commit full-time from January 2027 to June 2027.
