Parfums Christian Dior seeks Business Analyst Intern for retail operations in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France. Master's-level candidate required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Produce weekly and monthly performance reports analyzing direct retail results and identifying threats and opportunities
- Maintain and track key performance indicators across direct retail channels including boutiques, spas, and institutes
- Monitor global direct-to-consumer leadership metrics and market share by store location
- Contribute to internal and external business review presentations and analyses
- Prepare executive summaries and performance notes for senior management on direct retail performance
- Oversee field-to-headquarters operational tools including store journaling systems and automated Excel reporting templates
- Support presentations to the direct retail sales force and retail partners with quantified analysis
- Conduct field immersion days in flagship stores to provide operational support to store managers
- Develop and automate business dashboards and financial reporting tools incorporating profit and loss analysis
- Integrate artificial intelligence and automation capabilities into existing reporting systems
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or completed a Master's-level program in Commerce, Data Engineering, or Financial Control
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (BAC +4) or equivalent
- Prior internship experience in retail operations or financial control preferred
- Demonstrated initiative and critical thinking mindset
