Christian Dior Couture, Paris – Business Analyst Intern (Accessories & Fine Jewelry). 6-month hybrid internship starting January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Update and maintain weekly sales reports tracking performance by collection category, geographic zone, and individual retail location, identifying best-sellers and analyzing commercial trends
- Develop and refine Excel, Power BI, and automated reporting tools to enhance performance management capabilities and data reliability
- Define and establish relevant KPIs for operational performance monitoring aligned with business objectives
- Prepare data syntheses and analytical presentations for executive management and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear visual communication to support decision-making
- Guarantee consistency and accuracy of reported information across all internal communications
- Respond to ad hoc analytical requests and data extraction queries from headquarters and geographic regions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Retail, Supply Chain, Finance, and other departments to collect, consolidate, and validate commercial information
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives including database reliability enhancement, reporting process optimization, and documentation of best practices
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or graduated from a BAC+4/5 program in commerce, engineering, or equivalent institution
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with VBA/Macros skills highly valued
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Power BI
- Meticulous attention to detail with strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities
- Demonstrated interest in retail operations, data analysis, and commercial strategy
- Fluent English language skills
