6-month internship as Business Analyst in Parfums Christian Dior's Business Development division, Neuilly-sur-Seine, starting January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly Sell Out performance analyses across global markets using Circana panels, Beauté Research databases, and Power BI dashboards
- Develop ad-hoc business analyses based on departmental requirements, synthesizing data with strategic recommendations
- Prepare comprehensive launch assessments for S1 and S2 2025 product releases in coordination with marketing strategy and product teams
- Contribute to strategic presentations including FY 2024 performance reviews, S1 2025 launch briefings, three-year plans, product roadmaps, and worldwide meetings
- Continuously improve and refine Excel-based analytical reports while adapting frameworks to evolving market conditions, new data panel updates, product launches, and transitions to emerging analytical tools
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or recently completed a Master's 2 program (business school, university, or equivalent advanced degree)
- Demonstrated experience with analytical or market research projects
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent English (verbal and written)
- Demonstrated resilience, critical thinking, collaborative mindset, learning agility, analytical thinking, and problem-solving ability

Experience
Entry-level; first professional experience with analytical responsibilities is preferred but not required. Candidates at the master's level with academic or internship-based analytical project exposure are encouraged to apply.
Education
Master's 2 degree (Master's in final year) from a business school, university, or equivalent advanced educational institution.
