Role & Responsibilities
- Perform weekly, monthly, and quarterly sell-out performance analyses using Circana, Beauteresearch, and Power BI across global markets
- Develop ad-hoc analyses aligned with business needs, integrating market insights and strategic recommendations
- Deliver data-driven insights and analytical support to regional operational marketing teams to inform decision-making and campaign strategy
- Continuously optimize and automate analytical reports in Excel, adapting them to evolving business requirements
- Propose innovative analytical frameworks and metrics to drive regional performance optimization
Qualifications
- Master's degree student in business, commerce, or equivalent program
- Prior experience with analytical missions or data analysis projects preferred
