Christian Dior Couture in Seoul seeks a Business Analyst Intern, eCommerce & Client Service Center to support KPI tracking, reporting and customer insights.
Role & Responsibilities
- Consolidate, validate and maintain daily KPI datasets for eCommerce and the Client Service Center (CSC).
- Monitor daily sales performance and compare sales forecasts versus actuals to support short-term commercial decisions.
- Track and analyse CSC contact volumes, inquiry mix and productivity indicators to identify operational trends.
- Prepare and update standardized performance tracking files and dashboards on a regular cadence.
- Produce weekly and monthly performance reports and customer insight summaries for cross-functional stakeholders.
- Support basic customer segmentation and consolidation of customer data across eCommerce and CSC channels.
- Analyse customer contact reasons and repeat inquiry drivers, translating findings into actionable business insights.
- Respond to ad-hoc data analysis requests and deliver clear analyses to inform stakeholder decision-making.
Qualifications
- University graduate or currently completing a bachelor’s degree.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Proactive, analytical mindset with eagerness to learn about luxury retail operations.
