Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyse client service KPIs across Europe and the Middle East — contact centre metrics, client satisfaction scores, service efficiency and sales performance.
  • Develop, maintain and automate performance dashboards and management reports for multiple organisational layers to track progress against targets.
  • Independently identify data sources, design methodologies and apply statistical techniques to diagnose performance issues and recommend corrective actions.
  • Translate complex analytics into clear, actionable insights and present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders, influencing decision-making.
  • Lead workshops and presentations to share analysis, facilitate alignment and drive implementation of recommended improvements.
  • Capture, document and disseminate best practices across regions and channels to promote continuous improvement in client service delivery.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to evaluate Dior's client service performance versus competitors and inform strategic recommendations.
  • Take ownership of projects and initiatives, driving them from analysis through to implementation with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or a related discipline; MBA is a plus.
  • Entry-level business analyst background; experience in client service, contact centres or luxury retail is strongly preferred.
  • Proven capability to manage projects independently and deliver business analysis initiatives that improve client service performance.
  • Strong presentation and stakeholder-management skills with the ability to influence at different organisational levels.
