Parfums Christian Dior internship: Business Analyst Assistant in Neuilly-sur-Seine, supporting Direct Retail performance and operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver weekly and monthly performance reporting and analysis for Direct Retail results, including threat and opportunity identification
- Prepare monthly performance briefings for executive leadership on brand-specific metrics and performance across channels
- Track and analyze KPI performance across Direct Retail channels—boutiques, spas, institutes—and monitor global DTC leadership and market share by location
- Contribute to the design and construction of internal and external business review presentations
- Generate weekly executive briefings on Direct Retail performance trends and strategic insights
- Oversee the development and automation of operational field reporting tools, including store journalization systems and Excel-based reporting mechanisms using AI integration
- Prepare and coordinate presentation materials and data-driven analyses for sales force and retailer meetings
- Conduct field immersion days in boutique locations to support store managers and gather operational insights
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards encompassing P&L, business metrics, and performance forecasting
- Provide day-to-day analytical support to store management teams across the Direct Retail network
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's degree in Commerce, Data Engineering, or Management Control
- Minimum BAC+4/+5 level education (or equivalent international qualification)
- Ideally, prior internship experience in Retail or Management Control
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) with demonstrated ability to automate complex spreadsheets and integrate AI tools
- Knowledge of Power BI or similar business intelligence platforms
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and capacity for critical thinking
- Strategic vision combined with problem-solving orientation and entrepreneurial initiative

Entry-level; ideally with prior internship experience in retail operations or management control within a luxury or premium brand environment.
Education
Master's degree in Commerce, Data Engineering, Management Control, or equivalent; minimum BAC+4 (French qualification level).
