Role & Responsibilities

• Maintain strong Dior brand presence through consistent collaboration, engagement, and adherence to all brand standards within the leased department store environment
• Create exceptional client experiences by establishing welcoming boutique environments, delivering personalized service, and maintaining effective partnerships with Saks team members
• Provide expert product knowledge and compelling brand storytelling to elevate client engagement and drive shoe category sales
• Build and sustain strong relationships with Saks sales associates through ongoing communication, mentoring, and strategic follow-up
• Enable sales performance by training Saks team members on styling guidance, collection insights, and product positioning
• Communicate client feedback, market opportunities, and operational insights to management to inform business strategy
• Execute and maintain visual merchandising standards in strict accordance with Dior brand guidelines and seasonal collections
• Complete all boutique opening and closing procedures, including POS operations and daily administrative Dioroutine tasks
• Process Dior POS transactions with accuracy, including dual-ring procedures, while ensuring full compliance with payment retention and security policies
• Support professional packaging and presentation of client purchases according to Dior's established standards
• Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic cycle counts, physical inventories, and stock audits with timely identification and communication of discrepancies
• Oversee all product movements including shipments, transfers, loans, returns, and retrievals
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and operational standards within stockrooms and all boutique work areas
• Execute daily operational tasks, including supply ordering and prioritization of Dioroutine initiatives
• Complete required daily and weekly reporting, exception tracking, follow-up actions, and sales and banking reconciliation
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, safety, security, and compliance standards across all operations

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional retail operations, cashier, or sales support experience
• Demonstrated experience in luxury retail preferred
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and follow-through capabilities
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and regularly move, lift, and handle merchandise, fixtures, and supplies
• Ability to perform effectively in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
• Commitment to upholding all company policies, procedures, regulations, and operational standards
